Once the customer has the access to watch the video or has received the starter kit, the fee is not refundable.
Minimum purchase does not include machinery purchase, custom print products and sign-up fee.Standard users will get a store credit of $1000 (after deducting the starter kit charges). Basic classes will not receive any refund.
